Family Rooms 
Our family rooms are all furnished with private en suite facilities, dressing table/work desk and leather tub chair.
Our family rooms for 3 or 4 have a double and a single bed with a further high quality pull out guest bed to sleep four if required, one room has an adjoining room for children the other has all beds within the same room.
Our family room for 5 has two separate interconnecting rooms each with its own en suite bathroom and flatscreen tv, this room also has a bath in one of the bathrooms and is perfect for larger families.

Terms and Conditions...
The property is 100% non smoking, if anybody is found to have smoked in the property the guest will be charged the cost of a additional nights stay.
We don't accept any large single sex group bookings unless by prior arrangement.
To confirm a booking we require card details to hold the room and secure the booking, or a deposit by cheque for the first nights stay.
Children under 2 are free of charge and we have a cot available if required however we do respectfully ask parents with young children the child's sleeping habits as to not disturb other guests.
We operate a 1 week cancelation policy, any booking cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged for any nights of the booking that the room cant be resold.
