B&B was fantastic. Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Room was comfy and clean with some tasty snacks provided. Great location and within an easy walk to the seafront with added bonus of off street parking. Breakfast wasreally nice and very good value. My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Ashburton house and had a lovely experience over there.It's situated in a perfect location that connects to other tourist sites, like the castle, South and North Bay beaches, and the city centre.Margaret and Steven were lovely hosts.I will recommend the Ashburton house to anyone visiting Scarborough.- Joan H
